[Halld-offline] proposal to cancel offline software meeting

Folks,

I propose that we cancel tomorrow's offline software meeting. There are 
a lot of things popping at the Lab right now. This is a proposal; if 
there are topics folks want to discuss, by all means let me know.

Let's leave it as follows: if you do _not_ hear more about a meeting, it 
is canceled.
