CCDB has been finally moved to GitHUB.

GitHUB issues is now the main place for feature request and bug tracking
https://github.com/JeffersonLab/ccdb/issues

The latest release (with tar files) is always in:
https://github.com/JeffersonLab/ccdb/releases/latest

All tags are accessible here:
https://github.com/JeffersonLab/ccdb/tags

Moving the documentation to GitHUB pages, establishing CI and test servers are still in progress.
