First let me apologize for my mistake in attribution in the minutes. 
Richard checked in the changes to have HDGeant get the bunch frequency 
from the CCDB, not Paul. Thanks to him for doing that. I will amend the 
minutes presently.

As far as what the frequency actually is now, yesterday Paul said that 
he had just come from a "master oscillator meeting" and that we are 
running at 2 ns bunch spacing. I have the utmost respect for both Paul 
and Hovanes, but they can't both be right here. ;-)
