[Halld-offline] hdpm issue with NFS resolved

Hi everyone,

Maybe only Justin noticed, but there were problems using hdpm on NFS with my previous commit (5f7a475 <https://github.com/JeffersonLab/hdpm/commit/5f7a4756c72bdfc07e7eb5fe7262d1b1ae2b36ff>); Some files were being removed before being properly closed, resulting in the creation of .nfs files, which in turn were causing directory removal to fail. I have pushed a commit (8fa9282 <https://github.com/JeffersonLab/hdpm/commit/8fa9282a3157014a1ade4cdc520b7b6f418252df>) to ensure that files are properly closed, and tested those changes on the iFarm. Please let me know if any problems remain.
