[Halld-offline] RunPeriod-2015-12

Dear All,

  I have just made the necessary modifications to switch the Run Period to RunPeriod-2015-12.
Details on what needed to be done can be found in the recently revised instructions here:

The CCPR for creating the new tape volume sets was only just now submitted so hopefully that
won’t cause any problems.

If anyone is running the DAQ system you will want to make sure that all windows have the
RUN_PERIOD envar set to "RunPeriod-2015-12" . Logging out and back in or simply
sourcing the /gluex/etc/hdonline.cshrc file will set it correctly.
