[Halld-offline] JANA 0.7.3 incompatibility

Hi All,

  Today we found out that there is an incompatibility with JANA 0.7.3 (the previous version)
and the recent change to sim-recon to handle 64bit event numbers. I was trying to avoid
making that change require an upgrade of JANA, but failed. Thus, if you are using
or plan to use the most recent master, then you will need to upgrade to at least JANA 
0.7.4p1.
