Hi!
Just to clarify. The documented API is fully working and tested. For now it looks like almost complete. 
I'm working on merging existing SQLite run DB with Sean DB in the newly established MySQL database. 
So while you can't run the code on existing run data yet, there are example scripts that can be tested and evaluated. All examples from the doc are actual and could be executed, tools provided.

Dmitry has written up a rather comprehensive document on the Run 
Conditions Database (RCDB). Find it at:

The production version of the database is not completely set up yet, 
though we have identified a server in the counting house. At this point 
the document is to let people get an early look at the nature of the system.
