Dear Offliners,
I have just checked in a revision to the commissioning branch that effects emulation of
the f125 pulse integrals for both the CDC and FDC when analyzing mode 8 data. There
are now 2 new configuration parameters that allow the NSA, NSB values used for the CDC
to be different from those used for the FDC. In addition, I changed the default for the existing
parameters (now used only by the FDC) to be consistent with the configuration used for
mode 7 in the last commissioning run. Specifically, the parameters of interest now have these
defaults:
EVIO:F125_NSB 3
EVIO:F125_NSA 40
EVIO:F125_NSB_CDC 5
EVIO:F125_NSA_CDC 80
As usual, to adjust these from the command line enter something like:
hd_root -PEVIO:F125_NSA=70 …
Note that this does violate the “purity” of the parsing code in that it now has a dependence
on the rocid hardwired into it. This probably bothers no one else but me, but thought I’d
mention it so anyone else who wanted to could share in the misery.
Let me know if you run into any issues.
Regards,
-David
