[Halld-offline] halldweb1 reboot, Wed. Jan. 28, 6 am EST

Folks,

We are having performance problems on our webserver/database server, 
halldweb1.jlab.org. We are not sure exactly what the problem is but 
Marty Wise of CNI is going to beef up this virtual machine a bit, adding 
more memory and more processors. To do this he will have to reboot. The 
schedule is to do this at 6 am tomorrow morning (Wed.). The server 
should only be down for a few minutes.

Let me know if there are objections. If none are received we will go 
ahead with the upgrade.
