[Halld-offline] Fwd: halls work disk is full

The information is a bit stale: it was updated almost a week ago. 
Sandy's info is current. On the other hand it gives additional 
information on old, unused files on the work disk. It is likely that the 
status of those files has not changed over the past few days.

P. S. The work report referenced above will be updated more frequently 
in the future. The cron job is down for technical reasons right now.
