[Halld-offline] Updates to DAQ/TTAB

Hi All,

  I’ve committed two changes to the sim-recon commissioning branch today:

1.) Event number now comes from EVIO file. This will make it easier to identify the event in
     a multi-file run. There is one significant gotcha to worry about here. Only CODA produced
     events have an embedded event number. Special events like EPICS events do not contain
     this and so default back to the position within the file. This means you can have, for example
     two event “7”s in the file, one CODA, and one EPCIS. People need to be aware of this and
     we’ll need to come up with another solution if it causes problems.

2.) Added calls to specify the correct caller-callee relations between objects generated directly
     from the EVIO and TTAB libraries. This is only really useful for generating the call graphs
     indicating the relationships between factories. What makes this significant for everyone is
     that it now requires JANA 0.7.2 or greater to compile sim-recon-commissioning.
