[Halld-offline] database server hallddb.jlab.org, service interruption, 6 am, Tue. July 14

Folks,

Marty is planning on taking down our database server for about 10 
minutes tomorrow morning, Tuesday, July 14 at 6 am to do some 
maintenance work. This will affect the MySQL version of the CCDB, the 
offline version of the RCDB among other applications. The wiki will not 
be impacted.

Sorry for the late notice, but if there is some significant negative 
impact that we have overlooked, please let me know and we can reschedule.
