[Halld-offline] svn to git: hdds done too, conversion complete

Folks,

The conversion of hdds is done now. You can access it at

   https://github.com/JeffersonLab/hdds.git

I've done a check that the svn trunk and the git master branch give 
identical files for both hdds and sim-recon. I think we are good to go. 
All future changes to these two packages should go to the Git repository 
hosted at Github.

Please let me know if you see anomalies in the new repositories. If 
there are problems, then as with most things, it is better to catch them 
early.
