[Halld-offline] Disabling event disentangling in DANA

Hi All,

 At the offline meeting today this subject came up and I agreed to send out an e-mail with instructions
for avoiding errors related to “MergeObjectLists”. The short answer is the following:

-PEVIO:ENABLE_DISENTANGLING=0

WARNING: Disabling the disentangling will cause bad results on data taken with a block level
greater than 1. The block level can be found in the top-level trigger configuration file by
looking for the line with BLOCKLEVEL. This file is copied into the hdrun logbook entry but
also is stored in a tar ball the lives alongside the raw data files in the tape library.
