[Halld-offline] Reconstruction on gluons and ifarms

Hi guys,

I've just realized that we don't have consistent
reconstruction versions on gluons and ifarms. As
an example, I used sim-recon-latest reconstruction
version on gluons, which doesn't exist on ifarms.
I propose that we have identical reconstruction
codes on both gluons and ifarms (it would be practical
to install the same code from repository).

Clearly, data reconstruction is performed on ifarms
but data integrity check is mostly done on gluons.
