[Halld-offline] BCAL Showers and JANA 0.7.3

Dear Offliners,

The latest version of JANA fixed a bug in loading multi-column tables,
which caused the BCAL reconstruction code to use a work-around for the past
few months (the DBCALPoint factory for the curious).  I just checked in
some code that removes this work-around, as revision 18891.

The result is that for the BCAL shower energies to be reconstructed
properly, you'll want to use the following:
- JANA 0.7.2 and sim-recon revision 18890 or earlier   OR
- JANA 0.7.3 and sim-recon revision 18891 or later.

If you're using the wrong combinations, it will be readily apparent, since
your BCAL shower energies will be NaN's (for the current CCDB tables).

This should be the only CCDB table affected by this bug, but i'm in the
process of doublechecking that I'm right about this.
