[Halld-offline] Timing constants for "calib" variation filled, still some input required

Hi All,

I have zero’d out the following timing constants in the “calib” variation of the CCDB, run 0, for use in the calibration challenge:

I haven’t added default constants for any timewalk except the BCAL, and I haven’t put anything in for the PS. If we get the rest of the values in soon and the remaining plugins pulled, we can start to turn the crank and see how badly things break.

Cheat sheet - example session for adding constants:
