[Halld-offline] detcom 2.1 output files

Folks,

The simulation run "detcom 2.1" is done now. The file locations are 
documented at

Job Output Files

At JLab you can find the output files archived in the tape library. The 
location is /mss/halld/detcom/02.1. There are directories there, that 
contain output files for each job. Each output file type has its own 
directory:
hd_root: ROOT files from hd_root
rest: REST format event data
smeared: HDDM formated "raw" event data (without reconstruction)
Use the "jcache" or "jget" commands to retrieve the files from tape.
