[Halld-offline] Calibration challenge planning

Hi Offliners,

I'd like to have a short meeting to start planning the details for the
calibration challenge that was discussed at the last calibration meeting.
I am thinking either this coming Friday or Monday would be good days.  If
anyone who is interested in being involved in this effort in some way could
let me know what their availability is on those days, we can (hopefully)
find a time that is agreeable for everyone.
