[Halld-offline] Monitoring Launch: 2016-02 ver06

Dear Colleagues,

The latest monitoring launch over this year’s production data (2016-02 
ver06) is finished. The first large-scale test of the reconstruction 
with root6 and the new parser seems to be passed successfully.
