[Halld-offline] MC Analysis Launch: 2016-02 ver01

Dear Collaborators,

The analysis launch over the REST files of sim1.1 is complete. One out 
of the 8205 files crashes sim-recon at the opening stage, everything 
else was successfully processed. The processing time was about 40h.

All trees and histograms are written to tape and pinned to the cache 
disk for the next 30 days at:

/cache/halld/RunPeriod-2016-02/sim/ver01/

The log files are saved here:

/work/halld2/sim/RunPeriod-2016-02/ver01/log/
