[Halld-offline] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: Offline Calibrations Updated

We had some problems with the run 21943, tdc hits were misssing for BCAL and ST. I checked some runs before (21939)  and after 
(21942,21945,21946, and some recent runs)  it;  they seem to be Ok (some plots attached for run 21943). We'll need to keep an eye on this 
"possible" problem, I'll think what kind of diagnostics we can implement.
