[Halld-offline] Fwd: error running plugins on Spring 2016 data

I think Adesh and I sorted this out yesterday. I forgot to hit “Reply All” in the original
e-mail so Elton wasn’t able to follow the full conversation.

The summary is that he did not get the error when running from the hdops account
so it was likely something in his build or environment. Adesh was going to debug
from there.
