[Halld-offline] database server outage, hallddb.jlab.org, July 19, 5:30-6:30 pm

Folks,

There will be an outage of our main offline database server, hallddb, 
during the maintenance period this Tuesday, July 19, from 5:30 pm to 
6:30 pm. The MariaDB server will be upgraded, both on the internal 
hallddb and the external hallddb (yes there are two). Note that farm 
jobs should already be using a disk-resident SQLite version of the CCDB 
so this should not cause an interruption for that activity.

Please plan accordingly.
