[Halld-offline] Long mode ("mode 8") runs

Dear all,

To follow up on a discussion at the calibration meeting, we've identified
the following 4 production long mode ('mode 8") runs:

10520
10593
10721
10836

Only 10836 seems to give generally reasonable results throughout the
standard monitoring outputs.  The other runs look good for most detectors,
but have very few forward tracks being reconstructed.
