[Halld-offline] Offline Monitoring Launch: 2016-02 ver05

The ver05 monitoring launch over the 2016-02 experimental data is finished, and the results are on the monitoring webpages:

Note that these files will be automatically backed up to tape, and will be-auto deleted when the cache disk gets full, but they should stick around for a few weeks at least.
