[Halld-offline] Monitoring Launch: 2016-02 ver09

Dear Colleagues,

The latest monitoring launch over this spring’s production data (2016-02 
ver09) is finished. It was intended as a final check before we start a 
full reconstruction. Please examine the performance of your detector or 
physics channel carefully.

The post-processing is starting and the usual monitoring pages will be 
updated soon:
