[Halld-offline] Bug in ccdb 1.06.01

This is a heads up about a bug in ccdb 1.06.01 that prevents one from using it to update the translation table.

There can be some other side effects for power users of ccdb, but for most folks this should only come up if you need to update the
translation table, which does not happen very often.

A fix has been merged into the master branch of ccdb:

If you need to update the translation table before the next release of ccdb, use either the master branch or previous release, 1.06.00.
