[Halld-offline] new HOWTO on the wiki for installing and running HDGeant

Dear colleagues,

I have now written a fairly complete wiki page, documenting how to
download, build, and run the HDGeant4 package. If someone who is in charge
of maintaining the index of the offline software documentation could link
this page to the appropriate index, I would appreciate it. Comments and
suggestions are welcome.
