As I mentioned during the analysis meeting, if you’ve been working on beamline / detector / etc. studies, please send me a quick, one- or two-slide update of your progress for my overview talk at the collaboration meeting.  

However, if you are giving a separate talk on the subject, then you don’t need to.  I can just refer people to your talk instead.
