[Halld-offline] Problems with git on ifarm

Hi Offliners,

I'm trying to prepare some pull requests from the ifarms today, and haven't
been able to push my changes offsite, with the following error.  Has anyone
else seen this?  Maybe there's a problem with the JLab proxy server?

ifarm1401> git push origin more_evio_updates:sdobbs_more_evio_updates
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/JeffersonLab/sim-recon.git/':
Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with known CA certificates
