[Halld-offline] Analysis Launch: 2016-02 ver04

Dear Collaborators,

As previously reported, the second reconstruction launch showed very 
inconsistent results. Therefore, we ran another analysis launch over the 
version01 REST files. Several plugins were added or updated.

The first part of this analysis launch is now complete. It comprises the 
REST files from batch 01 and 02 (runs 11366 to 11678), including the 
'golden period' intended for DNP results. The total processing time was 
about 40h.

All trees and histograms are written to tape and pinned to the cache 
disk for the next 45 days at:

/cache/halld/RunPeriod-2016-02/analysis/ver04/

The log files are saved here:

/work/halld2/analysis/RunPeriod-2016-02/ver04/log/

Batches 03 and 04 are running now.

In addition, we started to retrieve the analysis trees of version 01 
from tape as they have mostly disappeared from the cache disk. The pins 
on the deprecated ver02 REST data have been removed.
