[Halld-offline] [Halld-physics] Reconstruction Launch: 2017-01 ver01

Dear Colleagues,
In addition to the REST files (117TB), we keep 60TB of skims on the
cache disk for 2017 data. Could you please let me know if these are
still required to stay accessible? Here is the list:
cal_high_energy_skim, dana_rest_coherent_peak, exclusivepi0, omega
Unless there are any objections, I will remove them from the cache disk
tonight. Of course, all files are backed up on tape.
