[Halld-offline] More simulations for mcsmear development

Hi all,

Another set of simulations for data/mc matching has been generated.
Both bggen and omega -> 3pi events have been generated, p+4pi events are
currently being generated.

The files are available on the cache disk (though not pinned) at:
/cache/halld/RunPeriod-2017-01/sim/ver02/bggen

There are data being generated with 2 different runs:
Run 31001 - with random trigger backgrounds
Run 31002 - no background added
