[Halld-offline] New Material Maps added to CCDB

Hi All,

  I just added a new set of material maps to CCDB. These are maps used by the tracking code.
This corrects a small issue with the existing maps, but I do not believe you see a significant
change in tracking results. If you experience any difficulties though, please let me know.
