[Halld-offline] hd_root crashing with hddm files fix

With this version set https://halldweb.jlab.org/dist/version_2.23.xml
and then sim-recon updated again this morning, master branch,  I was
getting hd_root crashes when using variation=mc on hddm files.

This is supposed to be a transient issue that might not apply to all
builds.  However, just in case anyone else runs into it...

The fix was
unsetenv RCDB_HOME
then make a clean build of sim-recon.

The fix was from Sean, I did not think of it myself, alas.   The crash
message is copied below for your amusement.
