[Halld-offline] 2017 Analysis Launch

The 2017 reconstruction launch should finish sometime over the Christmas break.  When it does, we will do a quick analysis launch over the data to produce ROOT trees.  Since it will be over the break, we won't be accepting any user plugins for this launch so that we don't have to deal with debugging people's code.  

Please submit the channels (and command line options) you would like to study to Alex Austregesilo by 5pm on Thursday.  Please list them in the command line format, and please test it first to make sure it's exactly what you wanted.  For examples of the command line format, see my talk at the last collaboration meeting.
