[Halld-offline] Backups of the RCDB database (in SQLite form)

Folks,

SQLite backups of the RCDB are now stored on the write-through cache in 
the directory /cache/halld/home/gluex/rcdb_sqlite/ . They used to be in 
/group/halld/Software/calib/rcdb_sqlite . These files are for cases 
where you want to look at an older version of the RCDB. Since they are 
on the write-through cache, older files will be archived to tape and 
deleted as space is needed on the cache disk.

Note that these copies are made everyday at midnight, unless there have 
been not changes to the RCDB during the previous 24 hours.
