[Halld-offline] [Halld] Calibration Updates

One note: approximately 25% of the files were not processed as they were
unavailable due to Lustre issues.  They will be processed once the disk
problems are resolved.

and ROOT skims are available under

/cache/halld/RunPeriod-2016-10/calib

and will be pinned for 30 days.  Per-run ROOT histogram files will also
soon be available at

As a reminder, I've started a checklist of calibrations that we want to
