[Halld-offline] segfault in ccdb destructor

Hello all,

I find that if I start hdgeant4 in graphics mode, and then exit I get a
segfault at exit. The traceback indicates a double Free or corruption
occurring in a ccdb library method. Since it just appeared after I updated
to the latest ccdb release, I suspect the problem may lie with that
package. Is this something that I should go ahead and diagnose, or just
report it to Dimitri?
