[Halld-offline] Simulations for mcsmear development

Hi all,

I've started generating several samples of simulated data with Spring 2017
conditions to help with data/simulation matching.

You can find some samples of bggen data here:
/lustre/expphy/cache/halld/RunPeriod-2017-01/sim/ver01/bggen
There are data being generated with 3 different runs:
Run 30590 - Generated at JLab, no background added
Run 31001 - Generated on OSG, random trigger backgrounds
Run 31002 - Generated on OSG, no background added

I'll also be generating some gamma p -> [omega -> 3pi] + p and gamma p ->
4pi + p events.

Let me know if any other samples or other conditions would be useful.
