[Halld-offline] GlueX Analysis Launch Batch 2: Plugins Due Wed 2pm

As mentioned during the analysis meeting, we will be doing a second pass over the REST data running user analysis plugins once the first pass finishes (the first pass will start Monday).  If you have a plugin that you would like to run in the second batch (e.g. with detached vertices), please submit it to Alex Austregesilo by Wednesday 2pm next week.  Thanks.
