[Halld-offline] nightly builds include hdgeant4 and gluex_root_analysis

I have reworked the nightly build scheme to build hdgeant4 and 
gluex_root_analysis in addition to hdds and sim-recon. The motivation 
was to have consistent versions of these two new packages for each 
night's build. Since they depend on sim-recon, in principle they should 
have to be rebuilt everytime sim-recon changes. Also it is probably a 
good idea to test compilating and linking of these periodically in any case.

If you would like to get a summary of errors for the nightly build via 
email, let me know. Or you can subscribe yourself; instructions are at

is called "nightly_build".

I still have a few bugs to work out in the process, so there are a 
couple of spurious errors at this point. I'll let subscribers know when 
the errors are all genuine.
