This release:
1. Fixes a regression in the completeness of certain error messages.
For example, on 0.7.0, attempting to download a package without an internet connection results in an error message which only shows the exit status, and not the main part of the error message which indicates the connection issue.

2. Fixes Geant4 library path on macOS (used in env setup file).
The library directory name is “lib” on macOS and “lib64” on Linux.
