[Halld-offline] New releases: jana, hdds, sim-recon, hdgeant4, and hd_utilities (including MCwrapper)

I've built a new version of our software at JLab, updating several of 
our packages:

jana: 0.7.8
sim-recon: 2.13.0
hdds: 3.10
hdgeant4: 1.2.0
hd_utilities: 1.0

This is the first time we have had a tagged version of hd_utilities. 
This repository contains Thomas' new MCwrapper scripts (among other things).

Find the corresponding version XML file at

   https://halldweb.jlab.org/dist/version_2.2.xml .

The default combination of versions at JLab has not changed yet, but it 
will switch over to the new set at _midnight_tonight_.

Note that after tomorrow you can go back to the old default, for example:

   source /group/halld/Software/build_scripts/gluex_env_jlab.csh \
      /group/halld/www/halldweb/html/dist/version_2.1_jlab.xml

at JLab.
