[Halld-offline] Spring 2016 Dataset Analysis Launch

Please let Alex A. or me know if you would like to run your analysis plugin over the Spring 2016 data (the latest reconstruction is still ongoing).  We have the 2017 data reconstruction coming up soon, so the priority will be for that, but if enough people are interested we can run one final analysis launch over the 2016 data.  Please let us know by noon on Friday, June 2.
