[Halld-offline] Monitoring Launch: 2017-01 ver25

Dear Colleagues,

The latest offline monitoring run over this spring’s production data 
(2017-01 ver25) was completed. It used the master of sim-recon and all 
the latest calibration constants. This is supposed to be the last check 
before we start the full reproduction of the 2017-01 data.

Please take a minute and look at the outputs. The usual monitoring plots
