[Halld-offline] work disk size reduction program will resume

Folks,

At the Collaboration Meeting on Saturday I mentioned that we would be 
getting more ZFS work space than we thought originally. Although that 
still appears to be the case, the originally sized ZFS system is nearly 
ready to use now. To make the move to this server we will indeed have to 
reduce our work disk footprint. It is probably a good idea to do so in 
any case.

Last week I stopped chasing people down and asking them to reduce when I 
heard about the possibility of more space. Looks like I need to restart 
that effort.

I will be contacting some of you to come up with individual plans.
