[Halld-offline] Updated deadline for 2018 monitoring launch

Dear Offliners and Calibra-keteers:

I have been informed that due to maintenance work, NERSC will be down until
Tuesday, so the monitoring launch over spring 2018 data cannot start until
then.

Therefore, we've extended the deadline to add calibrations for this launch
until COB on Monday.  Please get whatever work in that you can by then, and
let's see if we can make this the last major launch over this data before
it's production-ready.
