The current job mix (attached) is not able to consume all of the 
available farm cores -- the Hall B jobs aren't using the smaller core 
nodes, and GlueX is waiting on disk to free up or data from tape...


Please send other ready-to-run jobs if you have them!  Also I can send 
12s back to Theory instead?
